Process 01

Extrusion

  • Polypropylene is our main raw material.
  • Additives of different properties are added.
  • Mixed using custom designed equipment with gravimetric dosing units and heated at high temperatures.
  • Tape produced with different strengths based on the specification.
  • Tape production with different custom properties.
  • Tape fibrillation widely used for Flat woven fabric.
  • Used in different applications e.g. Circular and Flat woven fabric.

Process 02

Circular Weaving

  • Over 30 looms ranging from 6 – 12 shuttles.
  • Capable of producing fabric ranging from 40cm – 320cm Flat.
  • Fabric production on our looms can go up to 200 plus 20 gsm for reinforcing.
  • Tubular fabric production widely used in bulk bag industry.
  • Slit-open fabric production used in various applications e.g. Groundcover.

Process 03

Flat Weaving

  • Over 25 projectile weaving machines.
  • Capable of producing products that have a 280 gsm.
  • Woven fabric from 1m to 5,4m width.
  • Sulzer Flatbed machines that accommodate multiple lanes.
  • Advanced machines which are fully automated with a dobby allowing multi-colour wefting.
  • Machines than can make special weaves e.g. Leno weave.

Process 04

Webbing

  • Lifting slings for Bulk bags ranging from 1 – 1.8 ton in breaking strength.
  • High tensile strength.
  • Lightweight and flexible.
  • Resistant to wear and abrasion.

Process 05

Twisting

  • Twisted yarn that is used internally as weft for our Sulzer machines.
  • Custom made yarn for application in different industries e.g. Explosives.
  • Twine used for tying crops, supporting plants, and securing produce during harvesting and transportation.
  • Suitable for both temporary and permanent fastening applications.
  • Can be produced in different strengths and thicknesses.
